These terms cover use of this website, shadowautomation.ai, operated by Shadow Automation Ltd. ("Shadow Automation," "we," "us"), an Ohio limited liability company. They are informational and do not themselves constitute a service contract — see "Engagements" below.

Services

Shadow Automation provides custom AI automation services, including data entry automation, repetitive-task automation, and broader automated workflows, scoped per engagement.

Engagements

Specific scope, deliverables, timeline, pricing, and other terms for any automation project are set out in a separate written Master Service Agreement (MSA) between Shadow Automation and the client. The MSA governs that engagement and takes precedence over this general terms page in every respect.

Use of this website

This website is provided for informational purposes. Content on this site does not constitute a binding offer; pricing and scope are confirmed directly with each client and set out in that client's MSA.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our practices change. The date at the top of this page reflects the last update.
